A Night Under the Stars

Short Pump Town Center presents A Night Under the Stars, a private night of shopping and entertainment to benefit your favorite charitable organization. The event will take place on Sunday, November 5 from 6-9pm. Tickets are on sale now for $5 each (SCAN keeps all proceeds from tickets sold directly through us!) Attendees will enjoy special deals and discounts at participating stores, food samples from restaurants and eateries, musical entertainment, activities for children, stilt walkers, caracature artists, great door prizes and more! Halloween Festival

Head down to Cary Street between 14th and 15th Streets from noon to 6pm on October 28 for music, childrens activities, costume contests (for pets & humans!), great food and great people watching! 2nd Annual Bayou & Blues Cajun Food Festival

Seagull Promotions and SCAN present the 2nd Annual Festival on Saturday October 21 from 2pm-10pm at the Innsbrook Fas mart Pavilion. Attendees of the event will enjoy the best Virginia has to offer in spicy Cajun food along with lively Zydeco and Blues music. Featured Artists include Grammy Award winning artist Marcia Ball, Porter, Batiste and Stoltz (formally the Funky Meters), Dwayne Dopsie & the Zydeco Hellraisers, The Nighthawks and Kyle Davis. Tuckahoe Kiwanis Foundation Fall Golf Classic

The Tuckahoe Kiwanis Foundation and SCAN are teaming up to present the Fall Golf Classic on October 9, 2006 at the Hunting Hawk Golf Club in Glen Allen. The tournament begins at 12:30pm. Come out and support SCAN by getting together a team of four or by sponsoring a hole. Participants receive gift bags, prizes, an awards dinner and more. Cross Roads Art Center Gallery Show

Townes Tee Off Classic Raises Funds for SCAN Programs

The Tournament took place on May 11 at the Highland Golfer's Club in Chesterfield County. In addition to raising funds for child abuse prevention, golfers enjoyed playing on an outstanding course, winning great prizes and networking with other professionals.
