A Night to Benefit the Children and Families of SCAN

Fabulous Foods is hoting a four course, gourmet dinner to benefit SCAN. Fabulour Foods if located at the corner of Huguenot and Robious Roads.

Saturday, November 1st
Seatings at 6:30 and 9:00
$60 per person, including wine, tax and gratuity

Home Builders Association of Richmond - Christmas Tree Lot

Each year, the Home Builders Association of Richmond (HBAR) raises funds for SCAN by sponsoring a Christmas Tree Lot. The funds are used to provide child abuse prevention and treatment services in the greater Richmond area. In order for this fundraiser to be successful, we rely on volunteer support.

If you are interested in volunteering at the Christmas Tree Lot, shifts are available the weekends of:

November 28 - December 21,
Friday evenings 5-9 and Saturday and Sunday 9-1,1-5 and 5-9

Each shift needs 8 people. Duties during your volunteer shift include helping customers choose Christmas trees, using a chain saw to cut any excess branches/trunk from trees, bagging trees, taking payments and loading trees onto/into cars.

Directions to Christmas tree lot:
Traveling west on I-64, take the second Short Pump Exit to West Broad Street. Turn left onto Pump Road. The lot will be on your left, on the corner of Pump and Church Roads. Turn left onto Church and take an immediate left into the parking lot.

If you are not available to volunteer at the Christmas Tree Lot, please consider purchasing your tree from the HBAR lot that benefits SCAN. Trees range in price from $40-$60. We appreciate your support!
