$50,000 in 50 days

May and June 2009

SCAN is embarking on a campaign to raise $50,000 in 50 days. These funds are necessary to ensure that SCAN’s work can continue. There are many ways you can help us meet this goal.

  • Make a donation to SCAN
  • Organize a snack drive for children served by SCAN
  • Donate stamps, bus tickets or office supplies
  • You can also support SCAN during the $50,000 in 50 days by attending a SCAN event

  • June 1, 2009: Have dinner at Bistro 27 and a portion of the evening's proceeds will be donated to SCAN.
  • June 10, 2009: Come out and enjoy SCAN night at Chuck E. Cheese with the family!
  • June 17, 2009: Enjoy a meal at California Pizza Kitchen in Short Pump Town Center and a portion of the sale will be donated to SCAN. Please bring this flyer for the proceeds to go to SCAN.
  • June 20, 2009: Visit the Vegetarian Festival in Bryan Park. Bring a snack for the children served by SCAN's programs.
  • June 24, 2009: Visit Chilli's in Short Pump and a portion of your purchase will go towards helping SCAN. Please remember to bring this flyer with you.

Swooning into June

7th Annual Windsor Farms Progressive Dinner and Auction

April 4, 2009

Thank you to everyone who attended the 7th Annual Progressive Dinner. This invitation-only event sells out every year! The event begins with cocktails and appetizers at a private home. Guests are then transported to one of 26 private homes in and around Windsor Farms where they enjoy the main course. The evening ends at the Tuckahoe Woman's Club where guests enjoy dessert, live music, dancing and a live auction. More information about the event and a list of Auction items can be found Here.
